The Group began its operations with the inception of the first iron and steel manufacturing company in 2000, known as Shakambhari Overseas Trades Pvt.Ltd. at Durgapur, West Bengal. Gagan Group has emerged as one of the pioneers of iron and value-added steel products manufacturers in Eastern India.
Ever since the inception of their first ingot manufacturing plant in Durgapur, West Bengal, their expansion process has only been growing.
